Just like the Balance and Feral trees the Resto Druid build had quite a few changes as well in 2008. Lots going on. Lots changing and moving and all sorts of stuff. Druids in general are coming into their own as a class, imho, and restos are right there with the balance druids. There’s a great write up by Allison Robert over on wowinsider.com…

“Restoration had a somewhat turbulent year in 2008, especially from a PvP perspective. When January 2008 hit, Season 3 had swung into gear, and Druid ascendancy was well underway after a lackluster Season 1 and a somewhat more startling Season 2 (really! Go check the statistics on this. Druids kind of sucked early on). Resto PvP specs were hated. I mean, really hated. You couldn’t swing a dead cat (out of a plentiful supply of deceased arena ferals, I might add) on the forums without hitting a foam-flecked, apoplectic, screaming post demanding that Druids be nerfed now.

It’s a must read so get on over and read the rest of it – Resto Druid Changes

About Author

After playing a Druid in the World of Warcraft casually for a while I decided to start up a little website. It's all Druids all the time here on WoW Druid.com! I'm not an expert, nor am I the best player ever to play a Druid in the history of the game. I just really like playing a Druid, running some Druid PvP and basically talking about this addicting game. Thanks!
