Trying to bang out quests in the Geyser Fields of the Borean Tundra is not all that hard at level 70 but it can be time consuming. There are tons of mobs just loitering about and with the janky terrain it’s very easy to wander into their aggro range. Not hard to take down but it takes time.
So I’m running around yanking dog tags off of dead gnome pilots, which are all over the place in the Geyser Fields, (poor little buggers) and something catches my eye. Read more… »

It’s about my third session running around in the Wotlk expansion and I’m getting a feel for the Borean Tundra. I’ve gotten back into the swing of clustering quests and knocking them out of the way pretty quickly. Most of the quests I’ve come across so far are forgettable. Lot’s of “go kill 10 of these” style quests so I just plow through them without much thought. One of these, however, did seem a bit weird. Read more… »

Okay. I finally took my first steps into the Wrath of the Lich King expansion – the new continent! Ah yes…Northrend. It’s been a while since the last expansion and I was looking forward to it. New stuff, new quests, new lore, and new problems to solve. I’d done my best to not look into all the new stuff online prior to getting there myself but it wasn’t easy. At this point I’m pretty much full PvP gear, fully gemmed, only 1 or 2 gear enchants (which I’ve got to get fixed) and level 70. Read more… »
