I logged on the other night and paused at the character selection screen with the mouse hovering over my up and coming Druid Alt Snookie. I’ve been playing this guy pretty much exclusively for the past few weeks and I’m having a really good time leveling him up. However my main, Bolink, caught my eye. It’s been too long! I decided to dust him off, stretch his legs and, above all, see where the hell I left him parked. Read more… »

It seems that the majority of the time Druids talk about crowd control (CC) the Cyclone spell is the first that comes to mind followed by Roots. Both of these spells are great, of course, but they have some limitations depending on the situation. Cyclone only lasts for a few seconds. Roots has the additional DOT damage, which is nice, but it can break and if you’ve got a ranged melee or caster rooted they can still hit you. Read more… »

Everyone knows of one version of “The Five Second Rule” that we learned as kids. If you drop a doughnut on the floor as long as you pick it up in under five seconds it’s okay to eat. Needless to say it was probably not your mother that taught you this one. There are times in WoW as a Druid that you’ll find yourself  in big trouble. This happens in PvE when you either get in over your head, are not paying attention or a combination of both. It happens in PvP whenever – PvP is a bit more chaotic. What I’d like to share with you today is the “Microwave” move. I didn’t come up with the name, but I wish I had, some random player running past me one day while doing this whispered “lol looks like tin foil in a microwave”. Read more… »

After playing a Druid in the World of Warcraft casually for a while I decided to start up a little website. It's all Druids all the time here on WoW Druid.com! I'm not an expert, nor am I the best player ever to play a Druid in the history of the game. I just really like playing a Druid, running some Druid PvP and basically talking about this addicting game. Thanks!
